One of the key Successes in Blogging is having a Strong Relationship in the blogging world, either with your readers or with other bloggers.
In my previous post I wrote about Building a strong relationship with fellow bloggers and someone commented that, what of with readers, and that has pushed me to write on How to Build a Strong Relationship with Your Readers.
Your readers are your friends, your audience and your customers and they have to be related with very politely. Let me get the ball rolling on this post.
ONE Reason Why You Should Relate with Your Readers
Take for example; you sell some goods and you have some set of people you deliver those goods or a set of people that patronize you on a daily or weekly basis, and they really fetch you money, as in big money.
You will realize you care for them very well and adhere to whatever they complain of. You take note of the popular saying that Customers are always right and you make sure you satisfy them.
This analogy is applicable in blogging.
Your readers are your customers and your friend, so you have to deliver what they want and not try to disappoint them.
One major reason why you as a business man or woman selling some products to some customers will always adhere and listen to the instructions of your customers is because you don’t want to lose them.
You lose them your business gradually fails.
So, your readers are your customers and must be satisfied and you must not lose them.
The only main reason why you should relate with your readers is that you cannot afford to lose them because they make you earn from your blog.
How to Build a Strong Relationship with Your Readers
1. Get Personal
The first issues about relationship especially when building relationship with people is to always introduce yourself to the second party.
For example me and you meet each other online or face to face, the first thing I have to say, is to introduce myself before the really discussion can start.

As a blogger, it is essential to always have an About Me Page or section, so that your audience can able to get know who you really are, what like and why you like blogging.
2. Be Contactable
This is an essential point.
The inclusion of contact forms cannot be over emphasized.
There are people who have read about you and they really want to contact you without going through the stress of looking for you on social networks. The contact form links to your mail and you get a direct link of where the message is coming from.
To setup a contact is not a difficult thing, no coding knowledge is required, you just have to drag and drop.
3. Reply Comments
Commenting is one thing every blogger crave for.
I can’t imagine a blog with very high traffic but no engagement, what is the essence.

Once you have overcome the tragedy of commenting. You now receive comment on your blog, it is cool to always reply those comments and make sure the engagement keep rolling.
A fellow blogger interviewed Neil, and in the interview he said something that impressed me, and that was replying comments. I felt despite the fact that this blogger is popular, he stills reply comments and he sees it as a necessity, that is a must do activity.
So no matter your reputation, it is advisable to make sure that every damn comments are replied, this makes your readers so happy.
4. Be Social
Building relationship with your readers can not only be done your blog, it can also be done on social networks like; Facebook, Twitter, Google+.

And so it nice to always make sure, your readers that connect with you on those social networks are treated well. Answer questions that are asked, although you cannot satisfy all of them, but you can always try to please them.
5. Inspire Your Readers
You don’t have to name your blog Inspiration blog or Miracle Inspiration blog before you can start delivering inspirational stuffs to your readers.
Inspire them with your writing, excite them with your topics, motivate them with your conversation, and share your experience.
As long as your post is contributing to your audience, as long as you are giving them what they need at the moment and it is solving their problems, then you are inspiring them and they will always want to come back.
